Online Return Policy

Please contact via email or phone to request a return processing number that will be provided if:

  1. Return is within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Customer has original receipt or Order Number.
  3. Tags are still attached to item.
  4. Item is in original condition; never worn nor washed.
  5. Item was purchased within the United States.

Please allow 10 business days for processing Returns and Refunds.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Final Sale items are non-refundable.
  • Shipping and Handling and Giftwrap fees are non-refundable.
  • Items not purchased at are non-refundable online.

Retail Store Return Policy

Individual Retail Stores have their own return policy. Please contact the Retail Store where you bought the item for their store’s return details.


In the rare instance that there is a problem with your item, Perel Clothing will gladly replace it. These reasons include:

  • Defective Items – Please send us a photo of the defect so that we can arrange to replace the item.
  • Wrong Items – Please send us a photo of the item so that we can plan a course of action.
  • Undeliverable Items – If for some reason your shipping address is undeliverable, please provide us with an alternative address.
  • Lost items – If your item never arrives, please notify us so that we can file a claim with UPS.

Please allow 10 business days for processing Exchanges. You will not be charged shipping for an Exchange that is due to any of the reasons listed above.

Return Procedure

After you have notified Perel Clothing about the item(s) you are returning, please do the following:

  • Use Perel Clothing return address (indicated on Packing Slip) to address package and send back to us.
  • Re-package item in original or similar shipping package; PLEASE INCLUDE PACKING SLIP.
  • Ship it back to us via UPS or USPS (postage required).
