My Order

E-Mail Correspondence

Once you place an order, PerelClothing.com will send the following emails pertaining to your order:

  • Order Confirmation – This will include your Order Number.
  • Back Orders and Advanced Sales – When your item is available, you will be notified.
  • Shipment Information – When your item ships out you will be notified and subsequently given a Tracking Number.
  • Order Notices & Information – This type of email may be regarding issues such as accidental double-orders, invalid shipping addresses, cancellations or difficulty processing the order.

Order Status

The Order Status information about your order from the time it is placed until the time it leaves our warehouse.

Once you have placed an order, you may check visit the Order Status page within one hour thereafter to check the Order Status.

When your order has actually shipped from UPS, your Tracking Number will also be displayed.

Tracking My Order Shipment

Tracking My Order Shipment information is about your order from the time it leaves our warehouse until the time it reaches your delivery address.

Once your package has shipped from our warehouse, it may take up to 48 hours before UPS checks it into their tracking system. Once UPS does have it checked into their system, we will email your Tracking Number to you.

You can visit www.UPS.com and input your Tracking Number to track your shipment and delivery estimates.

Change or Cancel Order

Once you have placed an order and gone through Checkout and clicked “Submit”, you cannot change or cancel your order. You must wait until you receive your order and then follow our Return Order instructions.

Perel Clothing may cancel your order for various reasons, including:

  • Item(s) Unavailable
  • Duplicate Orders
  • Payment Processing difficulty
  • Cannot deliver to address provided

Wish List

You may add products that you wish to purchase at a later time to your Wish List on www.PerelClothing.com. Products will be saved on your Wish List either until you purchase or remove them.

When you are ready to purchase a Wish List item, you can easily move it to your Shopping Cart where you can then purchase the item through our secure Checkout.

Shopping Cart

You may add products that you wish to purchase to your Shopping Cart on www.PerelClothing.com, where it is saved until you are ready to Checkout. Products will be saved in your Shopping Cart either until you purchase or remove them, or move them to your Wish List.

Shopping Cart Features:

  • Review Order – You can review order details such as item, size, price and quantity before Checkout.
  • Change Order Quantity – There is a quantity box next to each item where you can input desired number.
  • Remove Item – Select the item you wish to remove and click “Remove from Cart”.
  • Continue Shopping – This feature holds your Shopping Cart items so that you can continue shopping on the site.
  • Move Item to Wish List – Select item you with to move and click “Move to Wish List”.
